Dr. Hamza Sami

Dr. Hamza Sami is a Family Medicine physician with experience in primary care, rehabilitation medicine, palliative care, and seniors’ services. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Calgary.
Dr. Sami is an Attending Physician at Trillium Health Partners and faculty at the University of Toronto, where he contributes to medical education and clinical training. His practice emphasizes clear communication, evidence-based care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
He has completed additional training in ultrasound-guided injections for rehabilitation and pain management, with a clinical interest in sports medicine and regenerative medicine.
Dr Hamza will be now accepting referrals for in clinic ultrasound-guided joint injections for the treatment of common musculoskeletal conditions. Services include ultrasound-guided corticosteroid injections and viscosupplementation for degenerative and inflammatory joint and soft tissue pathology.
